"If you want to give birth to your true self, you are going to have to dig deep down into that body of yours and let your soul howl." Gabrielle Roth
Calling the self home through the medicine of movement
Movement Medicine Apprentice Teacher,
Tantra Yoga Teacher, Artist and Ceremonialist.
I am an advocate for the rise, the healing & the re-wilding of the feminine. I create safe and supportive containers for women to explore and move through the often hidden and buried terrain of their emotional inner landscapes.
By giving the intention and space to meet all parts of ourselves, we allow a more authentic expression of our true nature to emerge.
Born in England with Greek Cypriot heritage, I grew up with creativity at the centre of my life. In my late 20's I experienced a re-emergence of my early childhood scars and trauma, which catalysed me onto a multi-faceted healing journey through dance, movement, somatic practices, shamanism and art.
I have danced for 10 years, exploring my inner landscapes, retrieving fragmented parts, integrating trauma through movement and the body, reclaiming my wild self, my wounded self, my shadow self, giving space for all my different parts to be expressed and witnessed, moving through timelines and healing my ancestral lineage, working with the medicine of grief and alchemising with the power of dance, creativity & ceremony.
